Color Change

Yellow jeans Kayden K., similar - Black sweater Leith - Black flats Vera Wang Lavender - Bag Arena Milano

Silver circle necklace Agatha Paris

If you read yesterday's post you know I 've been making an attempt at editing my bags. Of all the reasons I've had in the past for letting a bag go, this is a new one in my "Reasons To Let Go" list: the color of the item changed. You can get a glimpse of what the color was here in a 2013 post.
This oversized Arena Milano plastic patent bag use to be grey back in the day, "the day" being 2010. Seven years later its turned to a really weird color I am not very keen on. So you're seeing it today, bag's gone tomorrow.

Forget the bag, can we talk about how awesome these yellow jeans are?? I love them! Good for you for weeding out the old stuff, my dear!

I am a fan of bright colors, and I, too, love the color of the jeans. But I also love how you calmed them down a bit with the black top, they work really well together.

I just got rid of a purse today that wasn't working for me. It was a straw Brighton bag that is just too small. I gave it to my 9-year-old niece, it's just the right scale for her, and she is thrilled with it. That's a win-win in my book!

Okay now I NEED a pair of yellow jeans. These are awesome. And I don't have anything like them....I did see a pastel yellow pair in an opshop (thrift store) once and I sometimes regret leaving them behind - this post has me really regretting it!

It's odd your ag changed colour, what an interesting change! I agree though, if it's not working for you any more, definitely best to let it go. I had a (very expensive!) bag that seemed to change colours in different lights, it frustrated me a little so I ended up selling it. Luckily for the same I bought it for, but it was a lesson for me to be more considerate of the colours I purchased!

Now I research colours like crazy before I buy to see them in many different lights!

Unbelievable how this bag changed the colour! I think you won't like this bag with this colour anymore but I really love the look with yellow and black!
