In Theory

Black Gabe blazer Theory, identical  - Black tote bag Roberto Cavalli
Asymetrical blouse Sam & Lili, similarBlack trousers Zara - Nude pantent heels Flexi, similar

I usually don't review clothing, however if there is an item I am really happy I brought into my closet its this black blazer I am wearing on the first picture (scroll up). While I cannot locate exact date of purchase I think it must have been sometime in 2015 and incredibly since then its been worn almost thirty times. This blazer has a great cut, is available in other colors and is so versatile that it elevates any outfit in seconds. Today I wore it to take a casual look to an elegant one in order to adhere to the "casual elegant" dress code.

What item are you grateful you to have brought into your wardrobe ?

FYI, your "other colours" link isn't working. :)

Okay, first, I love that background! What a gorgeous image! Second, I love the colour and cut of that asymmetrical top - it looks fabulous on you!

I had a black blazer very similar to that - thrifted it for not much, wore it to death. I just got tired of it, even though it was a really useful item. I tend to collect black blazers/jackets, so I have other ones now that fulfill the same or similar function.

This is a beautiful outfit on you Lorena! You do casual elegant perfectly! :) I like blazers as they add a little elegance to pretty much any outfit! I just bought another one actually, seeing how often I was wearing some of the ones I have at the moment now I'm back at work. They are such good work options, especially in spring and summer here as they can class up clothes that otherwise wouldn't work, if they have spaghetti straps or low backs! :)

A black blazer is such a classic piece. Love the color pairing of the emerald and black here.

You look so chic! I have a similar blazer that my grandma bought me when I graduated college. It has lasted for years and will always be a staple in my wardobe.

A good blazer is such a wonderful staple piece - I have a Calvin Klein one that I feel the same way about. And I also love this gorgeous blouse on you. The colour is beautiful.

Love this look but I'm obsessed with the green top. The item I'm happy I brought to my closet was my first pair of high waist jeans. It fitted so well and make me never want to look back on low rise bottoms.
